Meem Beauty Concept ships nationwide. This service provides Standard Delivery within 72 working hours by GLS express courier. You will be notified of the shipping cost immediately when you check out your order.
For any returns, please do not send any packages to our location without prior notice so that we can handle the entire process of your order.
When you want to make a return, use the contact box, indicating the order number and the reason for return.
Is it possible to make products that have already been opened?
Products may be returned if they are completely intact, neither used nor damaged, in their original packaging, complete in all their parts and accompanied by the relevant tax documentation.
Meem Beauty Concept does not accept returns in case of:
- Purchase of sealed products that have been opened. The same cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons, tampering or absence of the legally required closure. These include cosmetic products, builder gels, colored gels, acrygels, acrylics, tools and equipment, and anything else that has been opened for viewing.
