Milky Shine is a milk white semi-transparent UNIVERSAL SEALANT with high shine and long life.
This top is without an inhibition layer.
It can be used over both GELs and SEMIPERMANENTS.
Applied over light shades (ex: baby boomer, french, nude), you will achieve a very elegant sheer effect making your nails look refined.
