Silky Matt is a transparent UNIVERSAL SEALANT with a velvety matte effect.
In addition to the extraordinary matt effect, worn, there is also a beautiful satin-velvety feel.
It is of medium-low viscosity and without an inhibition layer oxidative (so you don’t have to degrease it with the cleaner).
It is wear-resistant.
It can be applied either over the GEL as well as over SEMI-PERMANENTS.
